Why Arsenal have turned to Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz after failed Vinicius Jr pursuit

though it isn't clear at this stage if Italy's Old Lady would play ball in this regard, or indeed whether the Brazilian flyer would be willing to ply his trade in Serie A for the next few seasons.[/p][p]Regardless, it's easy to understand why Yildiz is of interest to Arteta.[/p][p]During 2025/26, the winger made 47 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and providing nine match his 60.23% shooting accuracy, whilst his shot conversion rate of 10.69% was towards the top end when compared with his colleagues.[/p][h2]All-round capabilities[/h2][p]88 total shots, 53 of which were on target, were again the best in both cases, and Yildiz was the only player to score more than one brace in the season (two).[/p][p][a opposition full-back became a feature of Juve's play, his 162 ball recoveries were yet another highlight of his performances.[/p][h2]Many positives[/h2][p]Although just 33 tackles across the campaign isn't a great return, only seven other players attempted more, giving a little perspective on what is clearly the weakest part of Yildiz's game.[/p][p]Arteta might want to see some big improvements with regard to the player's tackling abilities, as this is arguably something that's hindered Martinelli at times, though it should also be borne in mind that his first priority will be to attack and with the odd one or two that are perhaps not up to standard.[/p][p]What's not clear at this stage is whether the player wants to move to England, and whilst Juve surely won't want to sell him either,
