Jurel ton puts India in driver's seat after day two of second Sri Lanka Test

I was waiting for the right moment."[/b][/p][embed guid="74a85e8b-f010-48be-9ec2-640e3993f128" url="https://x.com/BCCI/status/2091882516617826453" social-type="twitter" /][p]Last man Prasidh Krishna then drove a full toss from Fernando to the boundary to take India past 500, prompting the declaration.[/p][p]Jurel faced 177 deliveries, hitting nine fours and two sixes.[/p][p]Fernando was the pick of Sri Lanka's bowlers, finishing with 4-106.[/p][p]With Pant unable to keep wickets because of the pain from the blow to his forearm, Jurel was handed the gloves when Sri Lanka began their reply.[/p][p]Fernando and Jaiswal were fined 25 per cent of their match fees following a heated exchange on the first day.[/p][p]The pair almost came to blows before their teammates intervened.[/p][p]India lead the two-match series 1-0.[/p]
