Liga Portugal: Victor Froholdt wins Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards

Victor Froholdt's debut season in Portuguese football ended perfectly. After becoming national champion with FC Porto, the 20-year-old Danish midfielder was the big winner at the Liga Portugal annual awards, taking home a historic double: Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year.
