Taysom Hill ponders retirement as he announces Saints departure

He never threw for more than 1,000 yards in a season, nor rushed for more than 600, and didn't rack up more than 300 yards receiving. [/p][p]But he has been a threat whenever he stepped on the field, putting up a career-high 13 total touchdowns in 2020. [/p][embed guid="e1bb462d-2aa0-4e04-bdd6-c4bd0d66f7c4" url="https://x.com/Saints/status/2082614371545477213?s=20" social-type="twitter" /][p]He's been dealing with concussions throughout his career, but tore his ACL and all four corners of his PCL in a brutal knee injury during the 2024 season. Earlier that year, he also endured fractured ribs, adding to his massive injury report from his college days that also included his ribs. [/p][p]Since 2021, Hill has become more of a RB/TE/WR for the Saints, only throwing 21 passes over the past three seasons. [/p]
