Masataka Yoshida hits extra-innings walk-off for Red Sox in one-run game

Masataka Yoshida hit a pinch-hit walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th inning that gave the Red Sox a 1-0 win over the Detroit Tigers on Friday night.

But Red Sox reliever Aroldis Chapman got out of the jam. [/p][p]Then, once more in the 10th, the Tigers had a Dillon Dingler on third with one out, but couldn't bring him in as reliever Garrett Whitlock got out of it.[/p][p]Both teams had four hits each, with Jahmai Jones having two of those for the Tigers, who fell to 10-10.[/p]
