Panthers sign linebackers Jaelan Phillips, Devin Lloyd to combined $165 million

The Carolina Panthers made a couple of big defensive splashes on Monday, signing linebackers Jaelan Phillips and Devin Lloyd to a pair of deals that combine for $165 million.
