Black Starlets eliminated from U-17 AFCON by cruel draw of lots despite South Africa win

The Black Starlets produced their most complete performance of the tournament, running out 3-1 winners.[/p][p]A brace from [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/narbi-joseph/CI6eu0w3/"]Joseph Narbi[/a] in the first half put Ghana in pole position at half-time.
