OB sack German coach Zorniger only one game into the new Danish Superliga season

The short-term objective was to ensure OB’s return to the Danish Superliga following the previous season and to bring fresh inspiration to the squad. We have had ongoing discussions with Alexander about this," says Sporting Director Troels Bech on the club's website.[/p][p]"The goal was to find a way forward together, but unfortunately, we have had to conclude that we were unable to establish a shared direction regarding culture and identity—something that is absolutely crucial to us."[/p][p]The dismissal of Alexander Zorniger comes after just a single match of the new season, in which OB lost to [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/viborg/v99EsEjo/"]Viborg FF[/a].
